If you find an error, include the article URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a reliable source supporting the correction. We review material factual issues and update articles when appropriate.
Editorial questions and feedback
Tell us what worked, what did not, and which page you mean. A URL saves everyone time.
Technical website problems
For broken links, display problems, accessibility issues, or other website errors, tell us which device and browser you used and include a screenshot when possible.
Advertising and partnerships
Commercial inquiries should identify the company, campaign, requested deliverables, target countries, and proposed timing. Commercial relationships never guarantee favorable editorial coverage.
Privacy requests
For questions about personal data or a privacy-rights request, use the subject line “Privacy request.” Do not send passwords, payment details, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What GameTreff cannot provide
GameTreff is an independent publication and cannot access game accounts, reverse bans, restore purchases, or provide official customer support for a game. Account and billing problems should be sent directly to the relevant publisher’s official support service.
